We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking (all Indian banks), and wallets. For international customers, we also accept PayPal.
We require full payment upfront for all plans. No installments or EMI options are available. Payment must be completed before project work begins.
All payments are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Please review the demo and features carefully before making a purchase. Monthly hosting fees are also non-refundable.
Yes! You can upgrade anytime by paying the difference (Rs 25,000 to go from Starter to Business). All your existing data, products, orders, and customizations will be preserved. The upgrade takes 2-3 business days.
If you miss a payment, we'll remind you. After 15 days, your store goes into maintenance mode. After 30 days, the server is deactivated. We keep your data for 90 days in case you want to restart. You can request a database export before cancellation.
No hidden fees from us! You pay the one-time setup fee + monthly hosting. Third-party costs (Razorpay transaction fees, Shiprocket shipping, SMS, domain, app store accounts) are paid directly to those providers. Custom development is charged separately if requested.
No! We do NOT charge any commission or percentage on your sales. Your revenue is 100% yours. The only fees are the fixed setup and hosting costs listed above, plus standard payment gateway fees from Razorpay (~2%).
