What is FlexiCommerce?

FlexiCommerce is a complete multi-vendor e-commerce platform built with Flutter (mobile apps), Laravel 11 (backend API), and Vue.js 3 (admin panel). It includes Customer App, Seller App, Delivery App, and a comprehensive Admin Panel - everything you need to run an online marketplace.

Is FlexiCommerce suitable for my business type?

FlexiCommerce is ideal for multi-vendor marketplaces, single-brand e-commerce stores, grocery delivery, fashion retail, electronics, and any product-based business. It supports B2C and B2B2C models with features like vendor management, delivery tracking, and multiple payment options.

Do I need technical knowledge to use FlexiCommerce?

No technical knowledge is required. We handle all the technical setup, deployment, and configuration. The admin panel is user-friendly with an intuitive interface. We also provide comprehensive documentation and onboarding support.

How long does it take to launch my store?

Once you complete the onboarding form with all required details, your web platform (Website, Admin Panel, Vendor Portal) can be live within 20 minutes using self-service deployment. For mobile apps, submit basic details and our team will publish them to app stores (publishing time depends on Google/Apple review).

Technical Questions

How do I add products to my store?

Login to your admin panel and navigate to Products > Add New Product. Fill in details like name, price, description, images, and select categories. For bulk uploads, use the CSV import feature under Products > Import Products. You can download a sample CSV template.

How do I set up Razorpay payments?

Create a Razorpay account at razorpay.com, complete KYC verification, and generate API keys from Dashboard > Settings > API Keys. Share the Key ID and Key Secret during onboarding. We configure webhooks automatically for order status updates.

How does Shiprocket integration work?

For Business plan users, Shiprocket is pre-integrated. Orders are automatically synced when marked as shipped. AWB numbers are generated automatically, tracking updates are pushed to customers, and COD remittance is handled through Shiprocket.

How do push notifications work?

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications. Automated notifications are sent for order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery completion. From the admin panel, you can also send promotional notifications to all users or specific segments.

Can I customize the app design?

During onboarding, we apply your brand colors, logo, and splash screen to the apps. For Starter and Business plans, the overall layout follows our optimized template. Developer plan customers receive full source code for unlimited UI customization.

How do I submit apps to Play Store and App Store?

We provide ready-to-upload AAB (Android) and IPA (iOS) files. You need a Google Play Console account (₹2,100 one-time) and Apple Developer account ($99/year). We provide step-by-step submission guides and can assist throughout the process.

Billing & Pricing Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), net banking, and EMI options. GST invoice is provided for all purchases.

Is there a refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Please review the demo thoroughly and understand all features before making a purchase decision.

What's included in the monthly hosting fee?

The Rs.1,499/month hosting includes: VPS server (2 vCPU, 4GB RAM, 80GB SSD), SSL certificates, daily backups, server monitoring, security updates, email support, and bug fixes for core platform issues.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime. When upgrading from Starter to Business, you pay the difference (Rs.25,000). Multi-vendor features, Seller App, and Shiprocket integration will be added to your existing setup without data loss.

Are there any hidden costs?

No hidden costs. Pricing is transparent. Additional costs you'll have are: hosting (Rs.1,499/month - first month included), Google Play Console (₹2,100 one-time), Apple Developer ($99/year), and any custom development you request.

What happens if I don't pay hosting fees?

If hosting payment is missed, we'll send reminders. After 15 days of non-payment, the server may be suspended. After 30 days, data may be deleted. We recommend setting up auto-pay to avoid interruptions.

Support & Maintenance

What support is included with my plan?

All plans include email support during business hours. Business plan includes WhatsApp and phone support. Developer plan includes priority support with dedicated account manager. Bug fixes for core platform are included for all plans.

What if I find a bug in the platform?

Report bugs through email or WhatsApp with screenshots and steps to reproduce. Critical bugs affecting payments or orders are prioritized and fixed as soon as possible. Non-critical bugs are fixed in regular update cycles, typically within 1-2 weeks.

Can I request custom features?

Absolutely! Contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a quote based on complexity. Custom development is billed at hourly rates. Developer plan customers can also modify the source code themselves.

Do you provide platform updates?

Yes, we regularly release updates with new features, security patches, and bug fixes. For Starter and Business plans, updates are applied during maintenance windows. Developer plan customers can choose when to apply updates.

What happens after my free support period ends?

After the free support period (3 months for Starter, 6 months for Business), you can continue with email support included in hosting. For priority support, you can purchase a support extension package.

Can I host on my own server?

Only with the Developer plan, which includes full source code. You can deploy on any server meeting our requirements (Ubuntu 20.04+, PHP 8.1+, MySQL 8+). We provide deployment documentation but self-hosted instances have limited support.

App is showing "Connection Error"

Solution: Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, the server might be undergoing maintenance. Wait 5-10 minutes and try again. If still not working, contact support with a screenshot of the error.

Payment is failing

Solution: Ensure your Razorpay account is activated and has completed KYC. Check if API keys are correctly configured in admin panel. Try a test payment in Razorpay's test mode first. Contact support if the issue persists.

Push notifications not received

Solution: Ensure notification permissions are enabled in phone settings. Check if the user is logged in. For Android, ensure battery optimization is disabled for the app. Verify Firebase configuration is correct.

Images not loading

Solution: Check if storage permissions are granted. Clear app cache and try again. If images were recently uploaded, wait a few minutes for CDN propagation. Check storage disk space in admin panel.

OTP not received

Solution: Check if the phone number is correct with country code. Ensure SMS credits are available in your SMS gateway account. Check if the number is on any DND list. Try after 1-2 minutes.

Admin panel loading slowly

Solution: Clear browser cache and cookies. Try a different browser. Check your internet speed. If the issue is consistent, contact support - we may need to optimize server resources or check for database issues.
