GPS Live Tracking

Google Maps integration with real-time location updates. Turn-by-turn navigation. Distance and ETA calculation. Customer sees the delivery partner on their map.

OTP Verification

Pickup OTP from seller. Delivery OTP from customer. No unverified handovers. Prevents fraud and confirms identity at both ends.

Cash + UPI QR

COD with exact amount display. UPI QR generated via Razorpay — valid 10 minutes, auto-refresh. Real-time payment status check. Both methods at the door.

Open Box Delivery

4-step inspection at the door — OTP, then 5-point checklist: packaging intact, product matches, no damage, powers on, accessories present. Customer accepts or rejects.
