1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlexiCommerce ("Service"), operated by Ujjwal Technolabs ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

FlexiCommerce is a SaaS ecommerce platform providing:

• Online store with 5 industry themes
• 3 native mobile apps (customer, seller, delivery)
• Admin panel with 67 resource panels
• Payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe)
• Shipping integrations (Shiprocket, Shipway)
• AI features, gamification, loyalty, B2B wholesale

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Payments

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Plans include Free (₹0), Starter (₹999/month), and Business (₹1,999/month). Hosting included in all plans. Payments are processed via Razorpay. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled. No transaction fees are charged by FlexiCommerce on your sales.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Sell prohibited items (drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Resell or redistribute the platform without written consent
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content, product data, customer data, and business information uploaded to the platform. We do not claim ownership of your data. Upon account termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services (Razorpay, Shiprocket, MSG91, OpenAI, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The FlexiCommerce platform, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Ujjwal Technolabs. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexiCommerce and Ujjwal Technolabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and data export will be available for 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
