Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with FlexiCommerce within 7 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund. This applies to:

• Starter Plan (₹999/month)
• Business Plan (₹1,999/month)

To request a refund, contact us via email at hello@flexicommerce.store or WhatsApp at +91 99770 28207 within 7 days of payment.

2. After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. However:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No future charges will be applied after cancellation
• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation

3. No Lock-In

FlexiCommerce is a monthly subscription with no annual lock-in. You pay month-to-month. Cancel when you want — no cancellation fees, no penalties, no questions asked.

4. Hosting Charges

Hosting charges are billed separately and are non-refundable as server resources are allocated immediately upon provisioning. This includes domain, SSL, and cloud server costs.

5. App Build Charges

Custom APK/IPA builds for Google Play Store or Apple App Store are non-refundable once the build is delivered, as development time and resources have been consumed.

6. Refund Process

• Request refund via email or WhatsApp
• We verify eligibility (within 7 days of first payment)
• Refund processed within 5-7 business days
• Amount credited to original payment method (Razorpay)

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

• Terms of Service violations
• Account suspension due to abuse or prohibited use
• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Hosting and build charges (as stated above)
